THE CHALLENGE

Our client wanted to raise the bar for co-living in Chester, creating a home that felt closer to a boutique hotel than a typical shared rental — and could command a premium within the local market.

THE APPROACH

We took inspiration from boutique hospitality, introducing design features that make a meaningful difference to the resident experience without adding unnecessary complexity to the build.

Larger ensuites, walk-in wardrobes and considered lighting were combined with a strong overall design identity to create a co-living experience that stood apart from the local competition.

 

THE RESULT

EXPECTED ROOM RATE: £725

EXPECTED RENT: £920 per month

 

The finished scheme became one of the highest-priced co-living properties in the area, while helping our client build a stronger local reputation for delivering design-led homes.
