THE CHALLENGE
Having worked with this investment fund across other residential strategies for four years, we were appointed to support their first move into co-living.
The property needed to feel consistent with the quality of their existing high-end portfolio, while meeting the expectations of the SW London rental market and the practical demands of a six-person shared home.
THE APPROACH
Using our knowledge of the client’s established specification, preferences and investment priorities, we developed a scheme tailored to co-living — balancing a strong resident experience with the practicalities of HMO operation.
Space planning was considered alongside HMO requirements, while materials and finishes were selected for durability, ease of maintenance and their suitability for a busy, long-term hold asset.
