THE CHALLENGE
As part of Dorrington’s wider investment in Walworth Village, Merrow Street was designed to appeal to both families and professional sharers — creating a high-quality rental home with broad market appeal.
As a long-standing client, the brief also formed part of an ongoing process to develop and refine Dorrington’s residential specification, establishing a gold standard that could inform future properties.
THE APPROACH
We created a considered four-bedroom home that balances character and design with the practical demands of a long-term rental asset.
Drawing on our experience across Dorrington’s portfolio, the specification was developed around what we know works — from durable materials and practical space planning to the details taken from the local area that elevate the everyday living experience and help the property stand apart in a market that is saturated with new builds.
