THE CHALLENGE

For our fifth project with Milliard Homes, the ambition was once again to raise the bar for student living — transforming a six-bedroom property into six self-contained studio-style rooms designed to stand apart from the typical student rental market.

THE APPROACH

​​We developed each room to work as a compact studio, carefully considering space planning, storage and functionality alongside a strong, cohesive design identity.

Building on our previous projects with Milliard Homes, we continued to evolve the specification, with​ CGIs produced ahead of completion, allowing the client to market the property before the finished spaces were available to photograph.

THE RESULT

AVERAGE LOCAL RENT: £500-650

ACHIEVED: £850-900

Multiple tenants were secured before practical completion. With Milliard Homes’ growing reputation for high-quality student accommodation, the scheme generated demand before the build was even complete.
