THE CHALLENGE
Our client was looking to maximise the value and buyer appeal of a two-bedroom Notting Hill apartment ahead of resale.
The existing layout offered an opportunity to work harder, adding the functionality expected at this end of the market while creating a considered interior that would stand out to prospective buyers.
THE APPROACH
We reworked the space to introduce the additional ensuite the client requested, as well as a dedicated laundry area, improving the functionality of the apartment without compromising the wider living spaces.
The interior was designed with resale in mind — balancing character and broad buyer appeal with considered materials, finishes and details that elevated the property beyond a standard developer refurbishment.
