We understand the demands property development can put on your time.

When you know that your interior design has to be on point to achieve top ROI, but spending time planning and sourcing means sacrificing more important work for your business, or time with friends and family — it often seems like there’s just not enough hours in the day.

We give you back your time by:

  • Exploring all possible layouts and selecting the best option for your ideal buyers

  • Curating thousands of colour and material choices to create a single cohesive scheme

  • Scouring suppliers to find everything you need to make your design a reality, on budget.

Ready to get those hours back? Book in a free 30 minute call to see if we're a good fit for your business.

PLAN

Reviewing layout options to find the one that maximises your floorplan and works for your target market.

DESIGN

We explore all the inspiration out there and curate elements to create the perfect look and feel for your property, that will have prospective buyers queuing and build trust in your brand.

VISUALISE

3D visuals and detailed elevations are produced to limit time wasted on-site and market your property pre-completion (most of the projects we work on are fully sold or let off-plan). It also creates excitement for the team and gets everyone on the same page!

SOURCE

We spend the time to find the best fixtures, fitting & furniture, right down to the last light-switch — all within your given budget — you don’t need to search for a thing.

BRAND

We create a unique brand for your properties and company that helps them stand out and sell faster.

“How interior designers save developers' time”

Being able to show the renders to our build team has saved us so much time, probably two or three 6 hour round trips! And as a bonus, we can use the images in our pre-completion marketing

Case Study

Parkhurst Properties

A 13-bed HMO is no walk in the park, especially when you want the social areas to 'wow', function well and meet all required space standard regulations.

With contractors well on their way with first fix and pressure mounting for decisions, the social area was proving a sticking point. So we were brought in by Parkhurst Properties as some fresh eyes to make the space work harder.

Here we:

  • Redesigned the kitchen into two runs for functionality, with a sociable island

  • Delivered a full specification, including lighting and electrical plans for contractors to work from

  • Built-in a dining bench to sit all housemates for dinners or working and a dark, cinema-style lounge area for cosy tv watching

  • Utilised Parkhurst's signature style to ensure it sits well in their portfolio
